Terms & Conditions
The Basics
Welcome to The Power Diaspora Forum ("TPDF," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thepowerdiasporaforum.com (the "Site"), and any related services, events, convenings, membership programmes, and communications we provide (together, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, submitting an application, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
Our Commitment
TPDF is a women's wealth and leadership platform connecting global leaders in diplomacy, politics, business, and philanthropy, and delivering membership programmes, think tank convenings, executive acceleration, and philanthropic initiatives.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at contact@thepowerdiasporaforum.com.
Membership Applications
Applications for the Power Arc Membership and other TPDF programmes are submitted via our external application form (currently hosted via Tally) and are subject to review. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. TPDF reserves the sole discretion to:
-
Accept, decline, or waitlist any application;
-
Vet applicants for standing, credibility, and intent;
-
Set, amend, or waive eligibility criteria at any time;
-
Terminate or suspend membership where a member's conduct is inconsistent with TPDF's values, confidentiality expectations, or community standards.
Membership fees, benefits, and terms specific to the Power Arc Membership will be set out separately in a membership agreement provided to accepted applicants and, where applicable, will take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
Convenings & Events
TPDF hosts and participates in closed-door convenings, roundtables, and events (including at venues such as parliamentary buildings, the United Nations, and the Commonwealth). Attendance at any convening is by invitation or approved application only and may be subject to additional conduct rules, confidentiality obligations, and venue-specific requirements, which will be communicated to attendees in advance.
TPDF reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any convening or event, including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Confidentiality & Conduct
Given the closed-door nature of our network and convenings, members, applicants, and attendees agree to:
-
Treat discussions, introductions, and information shared within TPDF spaces as confidential unless expressly stated otherwise;
-
Engage respectfully and in good faith with other members, partners, and TPDF representatives;
-
Refrain from using TPDF's network, introductions, or convenings for purposes inconsistent with TPDF's mission or in a manner that could harm TPDF's reputation or that of its members and partners.
Breach of these expectations may result in suspension or termination of membership or access to Services, at TPDF's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the TPDF name and branding, and the design and structure of the Site, is owned by or licensed to TPDF and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from TPDF. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our membership application form, social media platforms, or partner organisations, including NGO partners such as Wings of Hope). TPDF does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of such sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
