The Code is TPDF's global think tank, bringing together leaders from government, politics, business and investment to examine the structural barriers impacting women's ability to scale, build wealth and access opportunity.

Launched at the Houses of Commons and House of Lords in Westminster in January 2026, The Code serves as a platform for dialogue, collaboration and practical action.

Through the TPDF Women in Power Series, it convenes influential voices from across business, government, diplomacy and investment to explore the challenges shaping women's economic participation, business growth and access to capital. Hosted within key political, diplomatic and institutional corridors, these convenings create space for the exchange of perspectives and the development of progressive, practical frameworks that help advance meaningful change.
